70th Anniversary
This year marks the 70th anniversary of our school. Tividale Hall first opened in 1953 to cater for the needs of the fast growing Tividale Hall Estate. Since then, the school has grown and flourished in ways which have enriched the lives of generations of children.
To celebrate, a range of events have been planned, starting with a Celebrating 70 Maths Day. For details of this and other exciting events please revisit this page.

Memories
As part of Tividale Hall's 70th Celebration, we are asking staff and pupils, past and present, to share memories of their time at our school. These contributions will be compiled into a book entitled ‘Remember when…’

Time Capsule
On the 1st of April, as part of our anniversary celebrations, children will bury a capsule to give children in the future a taste of life in 2024.
The school council short-listed ideas from each class and are now working hard to get everything ready for the burial of the capsule on the 1st of April. So far, items include a letter to the future, a podcast, photographs, a copy of the newsletter and a reflective vlog from some of our year 6 pupils.

1950s Fayre
On Monday 24th June and Tuesday 25th June school will be running a 1950’s style Children’s Fayre. Both days will be non-uniform and we encourage children to wear 1950’s style clothing. During this time the children will visit the Fayre (hopefully on the field) and participate in a range o f1950’s activities including Pin the tail on the donkey, limbo, hopscotch, coconut shy, hoopla as well as dance to music from the era and enjoy an afternoon tea.
Mural
As part of our 70th Anniversary Celebrations, Donna from Eden Mural Designs has designed a Mural which represents the last 70 years around our local.
Time Capsule
Decade Dance
The children from our dance club alongside Miss Minks have choregraphed a dance with music from the last 70 years. They performed to the whole school and did an excellent job. Well Done Girls!
